Priory Wharf is a modern, purpose-built residential development in Birkenhead. It occupies a prime waterfront position overlooking the River Mersey and offers convenient access to Birkenhead town centre, Liverpool via the Mersey Tunnel, Hamilton Square Station and Woodside Ferry Terminal.

This project involved the supply and installation of a replacement front door, windows, and a conservatory, in compliance with the strict visual guidelines of the Priory Wharf residential development.
All units were manufactured using the REHAU Total70 profile system in British Racing Green (external finish), White (internal finish) and Gold Hardware (handles, hinges, letter plates).
This colour scheme is mandated by the development’s original planning and aesthetic conditions established in 1995, and cannot be altered by individual homeowners. The aim is to maintain a cohesive architectural style across the estate.
All materials and finishes match existing development standards, conform to local planning and leasehold requirements and included high-performance double glazing and secure-by-design features as standard.
